Hello, I’m James, content creator for “Universal Mind Moods”. I fell in love with a small metaphysical book titled “Three Magic Words” in 1984. At the end of each of the 12 chapters there is a short meditation. Just for fun I reproduced these meditations in audio form for my own use. However, they eventually lead to me creating videos for a YouTube channel because I wanted to share these unique, entertaining, sometimes funny, and very effective works of art.

They are effective mainly because of the metaphysical writings of U.S. Andersen. However, I did study subliminal, hypnotic, and meditation techniques to apply in an amateurish attempt to incorporate them into the deliveries of these 12 meditations. The 12 chapters of this wonderful book are as follows:

Chapter 1 – The Lock (Overcoming Our Buried Pain Remembrances)
Chapter 2 – Illusion (Evil – The Great Illusion)
Chapter 3 – Mind (Understanding Conscious Mind and Universal Subconscious Mind)
Chapter 4 – Form (How All Things Proceed from Universal Subconscious Mind)
Chapter 5 – Intuition (Using the Invisible Power)
Chapter 6 – Faith (Moving Universal Subconscious Mind to Creation)
Chapter 7 – Attraction (Discovering the Center of Consciousness)
Chapter 8 – Love (Realizing Absolute Love as the Motivating Power of Life)
Chapter 9 – Success (Directing the Subconscious for Prosperity and Achievement)
Chapter 10 – Health (Using the Perfection of Subconscious for Perfection of Body)
Chapter 11 – Immortality (Removing the Evil from Eternity)
Chapter 12 – The Key (Unlocking the Secret of Self)

I suggest you read this short book of 169 pages for a better understanding of these magic meditations. However, this is not necessary. If you let the meditations flow with headphones and a nonjudgmental attitude, over time they will bring you to a new level of consciousness.

This entire series of the twelve short meditations from Three Magic Words are easy, and effective meditations for active people who want to meditate but feel they cannot. It could be not enough time, or they find it too difficult to sit and be quiet, and/or they find it too hard to slow down their thoughts.

These meditations are approximately 10 minutes in length and are unique, inspiring, and effective. They are formatted to take our minds off daily mundane and trying situations and bring us to the realization that we are a manifestation of our minds through our belief systems.

This series is made to be quick, and easy meditations which are remarkably interesting, unique, poetic, and effective meditations that are 300 to 400 words. They are from U.S. Andersen’s most popular book which is renowned by the metaphysical community. They are designed to be quick, easy, and of course effective meditations for active people.

In Three Magic Words, U.S. Andersen makes the argument that "the physical world is derived from the mental". He argues that "a sustained mental image, if backed by faith will become reality". U.S. Andersen argued that "it is possible to prove this theory by conducting a few mental experiments, aided by means of meditation. After running these experiments, with complete faith in the outcome, it becomes obvious, at least on a personal level, that there is a relationship between thought and physical reality".

U.S. Andersen was a successful self-help and short story author in the 1950’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Once a renowned NFL football player, he had several careers including running an advertising agency, wild catting for oil, logging at the Columbia Sawmill, and was also a World War II veteran as a gunnery officer on a destroyer warship.

Welcome to Universal Mind Moods. I’m James, content creator for my channel. The book “Three Magic Words” by U.S. Andersen contains twelve chapters, and at the end of each, there is a short meditation. Each one takes just 2 or 3 minutes to read if reading from this book. For my first YouTube project I have created meditations that are approximately ten-minute audio presentations of the words from each of these meditations in a humble attempt to make them more unique, inspiring, and effective.

This amazing book is timeless in nature. The messages from this book will travel on for thousands of years. It will go into the future and resonate with people in other civilizations in future times just as fully as these messages resonate now. Just as fully as they resonated when published and through the years since.

I was born the year this book was published in 1954 but I didn’t discover it until 1984 when I had fallen into hard times. Through the years I have always gravitated back to this book when times were hard, and it always brought me through them to a brighter future. Being stuck in the house because of the whole covid-19 contagion thing in the early 2020’s I started making these audios for my own use.

When the contagion mess became controllable, I was once again able to move among the masses but continued with these projects. I started making video versions and after deciding to put them on the internet, I put the audio versions on Bandcamp and SoundCloud and video versions on YouTube.

The words are beyond improvement and to change the words would be disrespectful of their spiritual power. Therefore, I am formatting these audios with creative video clips to take our thoughts off daily mundane and trying situations and let the words and video more easily bring us to the realization that we are a manifestation of our thoughts through our belief systems. That our perceptions create our realities, that our minds are a part of the universal subconscious mind of God.

U.S. Andersen was an author and a mystic in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. By all accounts he was a masculine type of man. I mean – he was a College Football Captain at Stanford in 1939. Went on to play for the NFL in the early 1940’s. He could have chosen to make the NFL his career but instead headed to Los Angeles and became successful in business.

He had a number of endeavors, including running an advertising agency, wild-catting for oil, and logging at the Columbia Sawmill. Over time he became a successful mystic and lecturer who was best known for his first book, Three Magic Words.

He began his metaphysical journey by studying Mary Baker Eddie and other New Thought authors, in particular Ernest Holmes, author of "Science of Mind". Andersen and Holmes lived in Los Angeles at the same time, but it’s not known whether Andersen and Holmes knew each other.

In 1952, Andersen began teaching a class on New Thought. The lessons from that class became his book, Three Magic Words, which was published in 1954 and has subsequently become a classic in New Thought literature. Although this book comes before the term was popularized it has been linked to the New Age philosophical concept known as the Law of Attraction.

His philosophy was that a sustained belief will manifest in the physical world. Andersen taught the New Thought concept of Universal Mind. According to Andersen, the Universal Mind is a vast and all-encompassing mental and spiritual being in whom all things and events exist.

With Universal Mind Moods renditions of Three Magic Words meditations, you will become aware that the Creator creates for you exactly what you think, and you will become aware how you can control your thoughts, not only to obtain answers to your problems but to create in your experience exactly what you desire. This awareness will not come to you in a day or a week or even a month; but this awareness will come to you.

As for me, I figure there are 12 Chapters and I’m trying to incorporate U.S. Andersen’s powerful words into my thinking. So, I read a chapter every month (Chapter 1 for January and so on). And for that month am committed to doing the meditation from that Chapter every morning when I awake, and every night before I sleep. This is a process that works for me, and you can work your own process with your own style to reward yourself with greater vistas in life, greater hope and promise than has ever been dreamed.

There is a power greater than you are, which you are a part of, which you can use to make your life good and great and vigorous and full of abundance!

U.S. Andersen said that the Universal Mind, or God, manifests, or literally reflects, the dominant belief system of all living things. When one understands this cause-and-effect relationship, it becomes possible to consciously use Universal Mind to shape the physical world. In Three Magic Words, Andersen makes the argument that the physical world is derived from the mental. He argues that a sustained mental image, if backed by faith and with a continued belief that the image is real, or will become real, will be or become a reality within the world.

This can be done by using a "spiritual prototype", which is a mental equivalent of that which one wants to manifest in the physical world. The concept of a "spiritual prototype" originated in New Thought literature in the early 1900’s. Specifically, Andersen said the following: All things and all circumstances must first be created on the mental plane. When such a creation is clear-cut and born of faith and conviction, nothing can stop this image from becoming real. Once this image has come into your mind and you have accepted it, you have done all that is necessary for you to do.

All the process of creation: time, place, and circumstance, must be left in the hands of the all-knowing Subconscious Mind. The physical circumstance you desire may come from a direction you expect, or it may come in such a way and such a manner as you have never dreamed. Don't strain or urge or be impatient. Simply have faith and let go. You have nothing to do but create the mental image with complete faith, and with that simple act the process is completely done. Be assured that the image will become real in your physical world, for you are dealing with law and law alone.

The remainder of Andersen's theory followed from the simple premise that evil is the result of false thinking. Since physical matter is created first on the mental plane, Andersen argued that good and evil events were also created by thought. This leads to a startling conclusion. If evil is created first on a mental plane by thought, then it becomes possible to abolish evil by refusing to believe in its existence. Andersen argued that evil is error, and that mankind should simply refuse to accept its existence.

Specifically, he wrote the following: If we know that evil proceeds from thought just as good proceeds from thought, we can establish an eternal watch over our thoughts to guide our thoughts in the paths of good and progress. Being an illusion, evil dissipates with complete ease using this process.

Andersen was not the first to argue that evil does not exist and is a creation of man's false beliefs about the world. That notion had been expressed by earlier New Thought writers, in particular, Ernest Holmes, whom Andersen cites in his writing.

As explained by Holmes, "The time must come when evil shall be rolled up like a scroll and numbered with the things which were once thought to be." Prior to Holmes, the Christian Science community argued that illness was a false belief, which manifested in the patient's body. Change the belief of the patient and the patient gets better. Holmes and Andersen expanded on this idea by generalizing it to all evil, which they argued also does not exist, and is a product of false beliefs.

Establishing watch over our thoughts is not as easy as it sounds. Andersen recognized that humans are constrained by existing beliefs about themselves, and their perceived world became locked in their subconscious because of past experiences. This is described in the first chapter of Three Magic Words titled “The Lock” because these past experiences make it difficult for a person to believe in desired outcomes.

Andersen argued that it was possible to break the lock of negative past experiences by means of meditation, and steadfastly creating mental images of the desired outcome. He recommended daily meditation as a means of changing worldly perceptions. Andersen reached his fullness of time on September 24th, 1986. He was 69 years old.

My 3 Magic Words meditation series is made to be quick, and easy meditations which are remarkably interesting, unique, poetic, and effective. Three Magic Words is a renowned book within metaphysical circles. New projects are coming. Subscribe and be notified! Thank you.
